H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the U.A.E. and Ruler of Dubai has announced that the U.A.E shall shortly permit 100% foreign ownership for the U.A.E. companies. This will be effective during the end of third quarter of 2018. In addition to permitting 100% foreign ownership, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed also announced to change the current visa system to allow for ten-year visas for certain persons including investors, doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, and innovators.
